THE PROOF OF OUR WORK IS IN OUR NAME.
From the largest commercial parking lot to the smallest residential driveway, Quality Blacktopping provides the Cincinnati tri-state area with trusted solutions for all your paving needs.
We specialize in:
Tear Out and Replace
When existing asphalt is deteriorating, or the gravel base is failing it’s time to tear out the existing surface and replace with a brand-new driveway or parking lot. The process starts with excavating the existing area so we can determine whether new gravel will be needed to repair or replace your current base. The gravel base is then graded and compacted to ensure the area is level. Asphalt is then installed to a recommended level of 2″. The edges will then be tamped to ensure smooth transitions and improved strength to your driveway or parking lot.
New Installations
First, we grade and compact a new gravel base. Depth will be determined specific to your project’s needs to ensure the area is level before the installation of the asphalt. Once your gravel base has been prepped, asphalt is installed to the recommended level of 2″ or required thickness based on project specifications. The edges will be tamped to ensure smooth transitioning and improved strength to your driveway or parking lot.
Concrete Solutions
Versatile and low-maintenance, concrete is an excellent material for residential driveways and concrete patios. When installing a new concrete project, we assess everything from the expected type of traffic to drainage patterns to ensure we apply the best, most cost-effective solution for your needs. Subgrade material will be applied, graded, and compacted at a depth determined by your project needs. We will then place and level the concrete to create a seamless transition to your home and any adjacent hardscaping.
Overlays
An asphalt overlay is a cost-effective way to make your driveway or parking lot look like new again. The overlay process uses existing layers of asphalt as a base, then tops the base with new asphalt to update the deteriorated look of your current asphalt. However, not all asphalt surfaces are suitable for an overlay. Our estimators will work with you to determine if your asphalt surface is suitable for an overlay or if another course of action would be better suited for your project.
Potholes
When asphalt cracks are not properly sealed water from rain, ice and snow can seep into these cracks causing potholes. Small cracks and potholes today grow into larger ones tomorrow. Delaying repair allows that damage to extend to surrounding pavement — and could eventually require a full parking lot replacement. We can help solve this issue now so unsightly potholes don’t turn into larger problems in the future.
Drainage
Untreated water and drainage issues can wreak havoc on your property and ruin curb appeal. We work side-by-side with you to create a plan and correct the problem, ensuring the work is done right and safeguarding future projects from similar issues. A simple inspection lets us help solve your drainage problems quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively – saving you money now, and in the future.
